If the republic is dead, then states have to break away if there is a hope for liberty to remain.
This could be the demise of the “human experiment”.
My personal opinion is this fight within the political framework of DC is a waste of time. By definition a "republic" is the form of government which in our case currently resides in DC.
1 a (1) : a government having a chief of state who is not a monarch and who in modern times is usually a president (2) : a political unit (as a nation) having such a form of government b (1) : a government in which supreme power resides in a body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by elected officers and representatives responsible to them and governing according to law
Obviously, we are no longer a "Republic" The law is meaningless and the citizens are ignored at best. Thats why I think it is dead.
Our fight should be at the State level to extradite the "United" States one by one from the grip of a overbearing near totalitarian federal government. Cut off the beast tentacles one by one.
We should work to neuter the federal government by getting the body politic in the states to basically tell Uncle Sam to go pound sand. That is the future battle: states rights
It's BS that any state(s) should have to fight their way out of the cartoon joke of a Republic.
