If the government were restricted to its constitutionally enumerated jobs, there would be no health care reform bill. Absolutely... The enemy is not restricted by the Constitution. The party in power has erased the Constitution. That is basically the premise of my statement.
If our Constitution is being shredded from within what would you call it... I call it an act of war.

...and the states are up next before the people storm thru....according to the constitution you are quoting...Governors matter now and the states can fight this as they are already gathering to do and have begun.
