Agreed. It has nothing to do with them having the votes, and I think there are more that are jumping ship. The switchboards at Congress are still "all circuits are busy" as of about an hour ago.
I am totally confused by the fast switches/options/antics/rumors (take your pick) flying around right now.
I do not have a clue, and usually I can figure these messes out.
