There could be a strong challenge to this bill on the grounds that it REQUIRES citizens to purchase insurance, which in itself is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
Unfortunately it seems as if they could just assess a tax on everyone, then give an exemption equal to that tax to anyone who buys insurance, if they were required to do a work-around on it.
I don’t disagree ... wondering if Medicare got foisted on America without a legal fight?
