No, there are already quite a few states that are taking this to court if it passes. I'm sure they'll be many suits from the private sector as well.

Last I heard 38 states were passing legislation to opt their citizens out of this . . . because they cannot be forced to purchase health insurance (as one of the reasons).

I live in NY and right now Gov Paterson is trying to figure out how to make me pay for it .... twice.
