What the lowest approval for ANY President? ... I would love to see the one start approaching that number.

I could be wrong, but I believe I heard -21 may be lower than President Bush's lowest number, which was -8 at the end of his presidency.

That said, I'm surprized it's as high as -21, to tell you the truth.

I think it was Harry Truman during the Korean War. 23%.
