yes, that one, but the link on youtube only shows a very brief few seconds of the whole speech - it was impassioned, sincere and spot on - as was Paul Ryan’s before that - well worth the watch!!
(if all else fails, I bet you could view them on cspan’s site, since they covered it all continuously - just need to get the video point where you want)
