Did I just hear this right? In the House Rules Committee, it was just noted the costs of the extra personnel for the IRS are not accounted for in the bill?!

It seems part of the GOP strategy is to ask for an open debate on the floor - like the Dems are going to go for that!

It is not accounted for in the bill - I heard it is somewhere around $70 BILLION either annually or for 10 years
