Executive order for what.....catch me up to speed here please.
There are whispers that the Majority are working on an executive order with Stupak-like language in an attempt to pacify pro-life Democrats.

.......... Now- we're still working on just WHAT executive would do the ordering- if that means BHO or some other executive. HOWEVER- if they mess with it and allow any Stupak language in- they lose the 40 women proborts...
They are trying to put language in via exec order to appease Stupak....(according to NRO).
