As I understand it the whole bill or any part of it can legally be repealed. Problem is, it never happens. .
Good campaign promise for 2012. Campaign on repeal and the returning of the years of tax dollars stolen. A nice big check back into the pockets of each taxpayer.
The problem with repel is the Presidential veto. So forget about repeal until the Repbs take the WH again, unless some one can sneak provisions into a bill Hussein can’t veto.
