I agree with you, this will bring us together even more so then we are right now. It will also, IMO, be the straw on the camels back - divorce is imminent, we can no longer live with, compromise with or tolerate liberal/progressives/marxists. The fact is, we are the majority and we have no intention of paying alimony ;-)

I’m hearing many different things down here too. I live S. of Miami, an area that is usually conservative Democrat to moderate RINO’s. That has changed. I’m hearing over and over “This is Castro” “This is Chavez”. I lost my home country, I will not lose America” - comments like that are so common from those who have lived through this before.

I’ve never really understood the mindset of Alaskans. I know the State is pretty conservative/traditional but does have a large union presence and of course native population. Both groups that love the Government or someone else ruling over them.

Alaska is also a state that has more Government intervention then any other I can think of. I know there has been calls in the past for Alaska to cede from the Union and at times the movement had momentum. Is this bill the final act where the Fed’s go too far and Alaskans finally do push back? You would know much better than I would.

If you ever saw the size of Alaska overlapped upon the continental US and then see our population areas you would understand.

2 1/2 times BIGGER than Texas but with a total state population not more than than an average city in the lower 48, more than 3/4ths live in a small area city of Anchorage. Its just like a regular lower 48 city in many ways except for downtown moose and bears, but as soon as you literally and I mean literally get past the city limits you are in a totally different world.

Rural Alaska is very diverse, where I am in Sarah Palins home town (Wasilla)it is almost exclusively pure white, like 98% white the rest native and almost no other minorities, and heavily much like rural redknecks of the south in a way. We shoot first and usually do it right the first time. In Alaska the people are encouraged to be on their own in situations normally calling for law enforcement which could take hours to get to many places at the quickest, I have on one occasion myself detained a robbery suspect. I shot out his truck tire as he was leaving a store.
