Yikes - the House Rules Committee is still in session and being broadcast on CSPAN@
They are considering amendments to bills and parameters for the bill are being voted on.
The committee looks tired and bored. Most of the votes appear to be going down on the straight 9-4 party line.
The looks on their faces are priceless! They aren’t even paying any attention whatsoever to the amendments.
They are taking up the amendments in no particular order. Just finished with number 56
