Darn, that isn't so. It says he would vote no IF they adopted the rule of deem and pass which was already abandoned so he is still a yes.

I agree with you. I watched Cardoza’s testimony at the House Rules Cttee hearing today. There is no way he is voting NO.

I still don't know why all these Dems are giving up their careers to pass this Bill. . If they vote Yes, it's automatic loss in November, or November after that. . so Why?
