I think what they are saying is that Obama will promise to sign an executive order prohibiting money to be used for funding abortions after the bill is signed.

Now, I don't know exactly how they think that will work because the money is directed to be spent as such according to the law he would have just signed and he can't use an executive order to overturn a law.

Of course, if they can get enough of Stupak's group to believe it -- or pretend to believe it -- it won't matter.

As that is illegal and unconstitutional and wouldn’t hold up under a SCOTUS ruling, we can only hope Stupak isn’t Stupid.
