The mandate to keep kid’s on parents health ins is just another sop to get more support from the IDIOTS in this country. It doesn’t cost the gov’t anything. More costly regulation for all of us.

The increased cost to employer health plans from having to cover employees' 20-something "kids" is an incentive for the employer to drop health coverage entirely and throw the employees on the government plan.

Just back from a long walk with Mr. Tropical and the dog. I was telling him about the 26 year old kids allowed to remain on their parents’ insurance and he said exactly the same thing! I hadn’t thought of that (we don’t have kids). He said there is no way the business owner he works for will go along with that.
