Irrelevant. It is unconstitutional for the Government to take control of any private sector industry, period. It is also unconstitutional for the Feds to mandate a citizen to purchase anything, period.
I don’t care how many times they change this bill, the underlying premise of it is completely unconstitutional. Any person elected to Congress or the Senate either knows this or has never had any intention of adhering to their oath of office.
