Disagree it is dead unless they somehow accommodate Stupak and his 6 - 12 Dem reps. Stupak has given Pelosi and company 7 - 8 options but they have all been rejected so far.
Stupak will stand on this issue of abortion.

Stupak, may be somewhat prolife, but he is still a loyal Democrat.
If they need his vote, they will get it.
