There is a plan to do a concurrent resolution to take the Senate bill, strike the Nelson language on abortion, and insert the Stupak language on abortion.

Correct. And the Senate has no incentive for reconciliation since they already got what they wanted - the Senate bill passed, including the Mikulski Amendment. And it is the Mikulski Amendment that is the real threat in regards to abortion. It's not that it uses federal money for abortion, but rather it forces me and you to fund abortion via our insurance premiums. It empowers the HHS Secretary to issue a mandate requiring every private insurer to cover abortion. And since it will be illegal not to have insurance, it requires me to pay insurance premiums to fund abortions.
