"If the House votes into law the Senate bill straight up"
The House already voted on the Slaughter "deem and pass" rule and it passed 222-203 on Thursday. They will vote on the reconciliation bill on Sunday. If it passes, by the Slaughter rule, the Senate bill will be "deemed" to have passed. Pelosi will split the Senate bill off of the reconciliation "fix" bill and send it to Obama. He will sign it immediately and the Senate bill will be law. The only recourse will be to try to get a court to throw out the law as unconstitutional, but that will have to work its way through a slow judicial process. So, Hatch is 'Nuts' to think that nothing is resolved until the Senate gets another say.

Yes the Dumb butts in Congress have to vote on 2 bills, the reconciliation bill that Bart STuPid said now he is going to vote for, and the Senate bill that is far worse that some have said does not a chance to pass in the House...I have my doubts if the House will reject the Senate bill. But if Pelosi cannot get the votes on the Senate Bill, she will have to resort to the “Deemed and Passed” Slaughter House solution, which is clearly unconstitutional.
