If you make a 1,000.00 - $12K a year than the premiums will be paid for by anyone who makes over 88K a year or over 400% of the poverty line so it depends on where you live I guess.
They know most people will not be able to pay. The 15,000 new IRS agents will simply put liens on their property. The liens will continue to grow until folks either move, sell, or die. Then the federal government will own the homes.

Step 4, Only certain aged groups will be treatable to further solve supply--demand problem. Step 5, Government regulates what you can eat and other lifestyle issues to solve supply--demand problem. Step 6, abortions are mandated unless you pay a child tax to cover their future health care costs. Step 7, Dr. Pay limited by law. Step 8, Insurance companies go belly up causing Single Payer Option to be put in place.
