My point was that the tax returns are not going to reflect assets (or maybe held as future liabilities) for scholarships. Perhaps the don’t give out the money until the kids are actually in college.

I think you are right. A lot of the money probably goes into an investment fund that is given out as needed.

They do reflect assets. They require a balance sheet.
