absolutely. traveling around the district I’ve found that a great many of our problems are a result of California regs, more so than federal. Anything that I can do to eliminate regs at the federal level, also bypass state level, I support. let Nancy Pelosi and Bob Filner represent the smelt minnows, I’ll represent the people.
