Obama's lips look just like the COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) patients I used to take care of in the CCU. He looks like a cardiac patient to me, always has.

Of course the yellow hue to his skin makes him look like he's in liver failure too. The coloring of his outer self doesn't look healthy but inside he's black and evil to the core.
