(assuming he has one), and Sr. is listed as his legal father...the ultimate question remains (which such state laws wouldn't address): Can someone born the subject to a foreign crown/government (inherited from one or both parents), no matter what U.S. state they were born in, could such a person be considered a NBC for A2;S1;C5 purposes?Sure, it's just a Senate Resolution, but Hussein and everyone who signed off on SR511 locked themselves into the definition of two parents.

So far as I know, it would take either an amendment to the Constitution or a SCOTUS ruling to give a definition (either as intended, or as a new definition) and not a Senate resolution...binding or not.
