A key thing to remember is that, in creating a dialectical anthithesis, the Left is NOT the champion of the group it chooses to carry the banner. The Left is NOT the champion of homosexuals. Or women. Or blacks. Or muslimes. Or any of its other useful tools. Its goal is not to advance one cause at the expense of the other, but to create conflict, to cause dissension. It doesn’t matter which group (thesis or antithesis) “wins” as long as the existing order is overthrown. The classic example is post-modernism, where “Whatever is is wrong.”
So simply fighting the Left is not enough; in fact, that plays directly into their scheme. We must dedicate ourselves to the complete eradication of socialist ideas and the assurance that they can never again be offered as “solutions” to problems that are wholly fictitious to begin with (the health care “crisis” comes immediately to mind).
