The only hope for these victims is that they get jurors who will refuse to convict them of these bogus charges.
Could these gentlemen petition for a Grand Jury hearing and when the Grand Jury is done dismissing the case, have them go after repealing the stupid law. From my understanding, the Grand Jury is virtually unlimited in it pusuits and recommendations and actually trumps all others (as the Founders intended).
