Here is how it goes (from other articles)

The House passes this bill, which is supposed to go to the Senate for reconciliation, but as soon as this bill is passed by the House, the original Senate bill is “DEEMED” passed, even though the House does NOT vote on it. Since as soon as this bill is passed, it is deemed that the House passed the Senate bill, Obama can sign it immediately, because the same bill is “deemed” to have passed both the Houe and the Senate and we have Obamacare from that moment.

Then the Senate may pass the reconciliation bill the House created, but even if they don’t we already have Obamacare as per above described process.

But they House can pass it as is and just send it to Bo...right? The Senate can just not do reconciliation...then we are stuck with this as is...
