Martin Landau - Outer Limits - The Man Who Was Never Born

I think the first Terminator movie evolved from this screen play basic concept except for the obvious changes.

Nope - right series, wrong episode. It was the Demon with a Glass Hand by Harlan Ellison. He was eventually credited with part of the writing credits of The Terminator after a lawsuit. Frankly, I didn't see it. It was a good episode, many consider it the best OL show, but I think it a stretch to claim the Terminator infringed on Ellison's work.
