In a copy of the handwritten copy of the Constitution that I have, the "L" and "N" of "the Law of Nations" in Article I, Section 8 is most definitely capitalized. Did you notice that every noun (following in the German style) is capitalized in it?

Did you notice that every noun (following in the German style) is capitalized in it?A quick check of my copy shows that you are correct. The first letter of every Noun in my copy of the handwritten copy of the Constitution does appear to have been capitalized.
