The Supreme Court will not involve itself in how the Legislative or Executive branch conduct its business.But they can rule on the Constitutionality of the Bill after the fact, when a case is brought before them, and clearly, if Article I, Section XII, Clause II, is not followed, then the Bill can't be Constitutional, regardless of any other formalities that Congress and the President may have retained. It would be inconceivable to think the Supreme Court would ignore this.

They have ignored Obama’s eligibility and man other cases seeking justice for corrupt executive and legislative actions We have three EQAL branches of government and they stay out of the legislative and executive freakshow.

The court WILL NOT interfere with how Congress does its business. Period. They have no jurisdiction over Congress. Its a separate branch of the Federal joke of a government we tolerate. Only the voters can discipline Congress. THAT'S WHY ITS IMPORTANT TO ELECT PATRIOTIC REPRESENTATIVES...
