Texas has been ‘blessed’ many times in the last day or two. Many of us have uttered those words - “God Bless Texas”.

I can't remember when I have heard “God bless America’ sung. The policy is to play down the good qualities of the nation and dwell on the negative. I find that the present administration is negative. The carry and propagate the sentiment that America has had it too good. Now is the time we repent of of our indulgent policies and lifestyle. We are just another ordinary nation.

So we should do the Kelly's Heroes thing and make off with the spoils during the battle??? Why not be a part of the battle to win those spoils? You'll appreciate it more and have pride in ownership. :)

Thank you for posting the entire article. townhall.com totally sucks when it comes to being 56K friendly. They don’t even try.

You are welcome. I always post the entire townhall articles unless it’s one from from Charles Krauthammer because the writes for the Washington Compost. Articles directly from the Washington Compost have to be exerpted

I bought me a coffee cup with the Don’t Mess With Texas logo when I visited my daughter last April in Amarillo, and another one at the Airport in Dallas when I flew back home. I use them both
