When Russell runs against Burns in the primary, you can support him.

I am sure Russell is supporting Burns for the special election.

May 18, 2010 is the Special Election for the vacant 12th District seat previously held by Murtha.

May 18, 2010 is the Primary Election for both Democrats and Republicans for the November 2010 General Election. Only those registered in their Party can vote in their Party's Primary.
