I believe Stupak has had enough shenanigans, enough internecine warfare, enough of Madam Botox, and this is his shot over the bow — either you, Bobo, adhere to my Amendment or you can stuff your bill.
This is not a problem for Speaker Ratchet. She’ll simply declare the House to have passed ObamaCare.

This bill not only funds abortions, it funds everyone including Section 8 mooches, drug dealers, prostitutes, pimps, paroles, etc, with the use of taxpayer’s money.

He said this was only about Health Care and denied the charges from Republican/Conservatives who claimed it was a methodical system of controlling America.
So now here’s a Democrat who now openly claims that this is not about “Health Care” and in fact its really about (among things) returning Government funding to Abortion in America? Its doesn’t matter, apparently, that there are standing laws on the books to the contrary.

The U.S. House of Representatives and Senate have both passed health care reform bills that are dramatically different from one another. Congressional leaders of both chambers and the White House must now reconcile the differences to produce a final bill that will meet the health care needs of Americans.
Congress and President Obama have an opportunity to draft a final health care reform bill that focuses on the most critical health care needs of Americans. As this legislative process continues my top priorities remain enacting a health care bill that focuses on quality of health care instead of quantity of services, reducing health care costs by creating true competition within the health insurance industry, and retaining current law of no public funding for abortion.
Our citizens are frustrated and feel as though they are being shut out and ignored in the health care debate. The legislative process should be open and transparent. Speaker Nancy Pelosi and House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer have stated they will not rush the final health care legislation to the House floor. Members of Congress and the public must have a minimum of 72 hours to read the final bill or bills before voting.
While it is impossible to predict what the final health care bill will look like, I will continue to meet with constituents from across Northern Michigan to receive their input.
I believe elected officials must do a better job of explaining the health care proposals to the American people and how they will impact their lives. As we do this, I remain confident that Congress will pass a health care bill that finally grants all Americans access to quality, affordable health care coverage.

NO, Really?
With the baby boomer generation is starting to retire and the cost of health care is going to go up drastically. Most of baby boomer generation have paid into Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security all of our working lives. Congress has continually raided these funds leaving worthless IOU’s behind. Now they tell us that all these programs are in serious financial trouble if not already bankrupt. So the answer the Democrats have come up with is to illegally seize the best health care system the world has ever seen which represents 18% of the free market economy under the guise of providing health care for all.
Under government control the existing health care system will cease to exist. Your care will determined by two factors. First will be your ability to pay for health care privately, secondly, decisions that you and your doctor would have made based on diagnostics and experience will be replaced by the government willingness and ability to pay.
Doctors will be in short supply as many will stop practicing and be replace by physician assistants who will provide a prescription to treat symptoms until you get better, find a private physician whom you will pay for with your own money or you die from lack proper care.
Private insurance companies will all but disappear with the exception of a few supported by private funds. Most companies in the country are small to medium size and will eventually stop providing health insurance because private insurance will not be able to compete with the new government plan supported and subsidized by taxpayer funds, thus forcing everyone but a few into the lower cost underfunded government plan.
Once they Nationalize the health care system the government will use the this to control any aspect of an individual and society behavior. Can you imagine the government controlling how many hamburgers you eat under the guise of it being in the best interest of your health. I am not saying that it is good for you to consume massive amounts of anything, but it is not for government to determine this. It is your right to make that decision.
Eventually in about twenty years things will even out and the population that is left will be able to support a program where the quality of heath care is equal to a third world developing country. Enough of the baby boomer generation would have passed along due to the neglect and out right denial of heath care services.
However this and future generations will not be able to dig themselves out from under the mountains of debt this government has created. We the people should take action now so that we do not doom our grandchildren to financial slavery. Over the last thirty years we as a nation have lived beyond our means and it is better we pay the bill rather than subjecting future generations to a life with less opportunities than we able to seize.
