Can this stand as consitutional?
Can this survive scutiny?
What legally can be done to stop this, this is stretching rules to the breaking point? I think my head will explode.

Mark Levin tonight on his radio program said, if this is done it is tantamount to the democrats declaring Marshall Law.

That’s what I want to know: what can we, the foot soldiers, do?

What legally can be done to stop this, this is stretching rules to the breaking point? IMO, anything that we are willing to do is "legal". They are violating the Constitution blatantly and to an extreme degree. Thus we would be enforcing the Constitution. Anything up to, and including physical force is "legal", justified AND our duty.
It is also the duty of our Republican house members. However, I will be surprised if they do much more than whine and swoon.
If the fascists get away with this, it means anything can be imposed upon us without even a vote of the legislature. This is treason.
