I would not count on that happening. By the time it got to the USSC, Obama may have appointed one or two more of his leftist buddies, possibly replacing more conservative judges.

Unless one of the conservative judges retires all odumbo can do is replace a leftist with a leftist so the balance stays the same.
There doesn’t seem to be a conservative Supreme ready to leave. Thank God.
Or he’ll do like FDR and just expand the court. He may try to make it go to 11 judges.
And it really doesn’t matter the rules for it...they’ll just do it with congressional consent.
