I get lectured each week honey that is not the way to do it,when Steven Raichlen visted us he said to do it this way.
The little fellow is my beautiful daughter Alexandria,but the son is on the way ETA july 8..
We will not falter,to much to lose.
Sorry about the confusion on your daughter. I read the text on your page but in writing my post all I remembered was “Alexander the Great”. Since I’ve actually attained an authentic “old fart” age I’ll plead that for my excuse... /g
I have a couple of Raichlen’s books and have tried quite a few of his techniques. I’ve just always been fascinated with new and unusual cooking methods. I also would love to be able to justify spending the money for a ceramic kamado-type grill, maybe a Big Green Egg or a Primo oval.
