Please don’t use this admin. or congress’s terminology. No one creates jobs. That would be to imply the purpose of business is charity, to create positions for people, and it is not. Success in business, instead, is what creates the possibility of positions being needed to facilitate more business. And yes, drilling would do that, in more ways than one. It would also help the economy in a lot of ways, not to mention contribute to security.
As we know, profits that might require the hiring of more people, and national security are two things this pre_sident does not want.
