I’m a physician. I see denials of coverage by Medicare and TriCare all the time. ALL THE TIME. I can’t order so much as a blood test without making certain I have assigned the absolute correct diagnostic code to justify it or Medicare will deny payment for it.

Those who think universal health care will be some magical insurance that will pay for their every want and need are delusional.
