I’ll say what others are hinting at. Integration failed and the black kids got the sharp end of the shaft. The teachers and their unions failed to teach. Black civil rights leaders destroyed any chance to work out a realistic educational program by demanding too much, too soon. It takes time to build up a school system that was in the toilet.
Also crime is high in KC/Mo and reportedly it is largely blacks committing the crimes. Makes it hard to raise kids properly.
HipHop, Rap, and “Black power” don’t teach kids how to learn, to get a job, to succeed in life. It is their opiate, their poison. And they educationally die.
Get rid of the Democrats and you might salvage some of their victims. Otherwise, its drugs, death on the streets or jail.
Liberals are a curse on humanity, esp. their faux concern for their “black brothers.” Try looking at Wash. DC and its school system, its convict mayor for life Marion Barry, and his zombie followers. A lot like those who are following Obie over the cliff, taking America with them.
I feel really bad for the kids. I was once married to a teacher who worked in the black slums of North Philadelphia. The kids treated her like a god because she cared about them. Today, too many teachers have lost hope or the desire to succeed en masse. Thank the unions for this, as well as political figures for screwing up how a school system should be run. I saw this in DC.
The hurt is real and it is on the kids.
