Wrong way around. It is the education establishment that has done this, and they are doing it everywhere, but in some places the insanity is better concealed.
Since at least the Carter administration, the education establishment has virtually owned the Democrat Party. The teachers’ unions alone have more political operatives at the state and local level than the Rs and Ds combined.

America is being destroyed by the unions, particularly the teacher’s unions and the slime that is the Democratic Party leadership right now.
Unfortunately, the Republican Party has done absolutely nothing to take control of public education from the former drug abusing hippies who are now school administrators and tenured professors in American universities. The question is why the GOP allows this to go on.
