probably trying him in a military tribunal after revoking his citizenship (if that’s possible) wuold be the right way to deal with this. Otherwise, he’ll be tried with treason, or whatever watered-down crime they call it now.

Can they revoke citizenship for someone who was actually born here? I kind of don’t think so, but I could be wrong.
