Here’s my analysis of Dame Peg Noonan.

Her “secret sauce” has always been a claim on her part to be able to see, feel, read, and explain the invisible (to others) subtext of the otherwise indecipherable circus parade that is American Politics.

One year ago, that subtext supposedly said that Zero was by turns, “cool”, “post-racial”, “an intellectual”, etc. etc.

And Dame Peg dutifully reported this.

Now, one year later, the subtext is now saying that Zero is a moron, out of touch, and a bit bizarre.

And now Peg is so informing us.

Put another way, she goes whatever way the wind is blowing, making her, at best, a weathervane.

Thing is, all during the campaign FReepers were shouting exactly what Noonan is now concluding. Proving that, in reality, Noonan is nothing more than just another blind squirel.
