He had his hair completely and unnaturally dyed black through his time as gov, now he’s starting to let the full white show on the edges in the same way his dad did. He’s emulated his dad it seems in yet one more way, that’s all. Just a casual observation since it seems to match the other ways he’s followed in his footsteps.
