If it can be passed without a super majority in the senate, then it can repealed without a super majority in the senate along with many other dem boondoggles. The dems are setting the precedent.

The dems had a majority last year to pass this piece of crap and didn’t so why are they blaming the Republicans now?

Just remember that any bill must be signed by the president to become law. Even if the Republicans took control of both the house and senate in 2010, they would have to have a veto-proof majority to get anything done (or repealed) without Obama’s approval (at least until 2012).
