That’s very unlikely.

If there is a GOP President and a GOP Congress in 2013, then it may be done, but it is still unlikely, as the GOP would need a supermajority in the Senate to prevent a Democrat filibuster.

No we would repeal it with a simple majority just like they are trying to pass it. This is why what the RATS are doing is so damn dangerous. There are real reasons for the filibuster rule but the RATS could care less. They are the party of treason in my opinion.
