I disagree. What he's telling the Rats is: You know that once a huge entitlement program gets enacted in any way, shape or form, we Rats can just come along year after year enlarging it, enforcing it with larger powers, increasing the number of program slaves who then have no choice but to "vote" for us or maybe lose their gravy train.

I found this the most horribly telling point the president openly made. It's all about, first, drive a hammer and sickle into capitalism, then over time keep making that crack bigger and deeper until capitalism, and our freedom and form of government, crumbles.

This is Obambi's clear statement of Marxist Revolutionary Intent. This is his total transformation. He is outright saying, "The Road to Socialism starts with one step, guys, consolidating sufficient power, and my healthcare bill is the tipping point in consolidating power. Pass it and we'll have enough power to finish the job of destroying this evil country over time."
