Sorry but your wrong. If true its a masterstroke. An hour long weekly campaign commercial free of charge. What better way to inform the nation of who she is, what she is about, and why she is the way she is.

Perot had to pay millions for 30 mins of TV time. If this works out Palin gets it for free.

I can picture it now sitting around the supper table having a discussion about the topic of the week, or out on the snow machines talking about energy policy showing the oil wells and the caribou coexisting together. Driving home her message of energy independence.

hell even showing her shopping at the local walmart would get her votes. this woman is playing chess and everyone else is playing checkers.

Folks need to go back a little further in history... /g

This sounds much like a modern reformulation of what Ronald Reagan did as host of the 'General Electric Theater' TV series. It was a tremendous plus for him, and a similar strategy might prove beneficial to Palin as well.

One thing's for certain - all we have right now is a lot of second-hand talk by "other people" about what's afoot. The intelligent thing to do would be to wait and see what Palin herself actually says and does. But then, this is Free Republic... /g
