You’re exactly right, and all the Dems can do is try to vote them down, and also try to shame the Repubs to stop tying up the Senate. I’m sure the MSM will carry all the water the Dems ask them to on this one.
I do think all the amendments will make the dems vote on the record (rollcall) for their folks at home to know. Could be interesting seeing many of them go hide for cover.
