Looks like Tommy Merritt went down (state rep 17)

I know Tommy and worked for him on his past couple of elections before this one, however he really screwed the pooch by not voting for the Voter ID law. His motives were good, he was concerned there were too many exceptions and wanted a better law, but his challenger David Simpson capitalized on it and ran some great ads. I stayed completely out of this race knowing both David and Tommy (I won't say who I voted for.)

Why is she conceding....the lead is narrowing.

This could very well (not likely) but still could result in a run-off.
