Oh goodness gracious.. Duncan Hunter isn’t winning a statewide or national election in anybody’s lifetime. I honor him for his service but trying to make the jump from a no-named quiet mouse in the House to President makes me want to question his sanity.

Duncan Hunter got 3.5% in his own district in the 2008 primary.. I don’t care if you’re out of it or not. If you’re only pulling 3.5% in your own district, something is wrong. He got beaten by Huckabee, Paul, and he barely edged out Giuliani.

Duncan Hunter finished 8th of 7 candidates in the Michigan primary (which occurred before he withdrew). He actually finished behind “undecided.” It's a sad story when more people go out in the cold to vote for “undecided” than a real live candidate.

I like Duncan Hunter, but the fact is that he has negative charisma.

You might want to mention that Hunter withdrew from the race 3 weeks before the CA primary

Of course not - by the time CA had their primary, McCain was pretty much a fait accompli.
